Abbie received her training from Saint Anthony College of Nursing; the Institute for Transformational Nutrition; Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, Green Wisdom School of Natural and Botanical Medicine, Dr Nirala Jacobi’s SIBO Mastery, Restorative Wellness Solutions and Soul Reading Method. Her credentials are RN, BSN, CTNC, FDNP, RWS-P and Clinical Herbalist. She is also trained in Live Blood and Dry Cell Layer analysis through phase-contract microscopy but is not currently utilizing this method

Abbie began by serving patients in the Allopathic paradigm, but soon realized through her own health journey, that dis-ease care is not the future of medicine and did not satisfy her eagerness to help people really feel their best and thrive vibrantly. True healing requires an individual approach and root cause investigation. She is fortunate to have a deep understanding of biology and anatomy through her nursing education coupled with the holistic training from the mind-body-spirit and herbal medicine to be able to look at health concerns from a whole-body perspective. This has helped her through her own chronic illness of Lyme disease, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, adrenal exhaustion, mold illness, and hormone imbalances, skin issues and what she hopes to bring to serve every patient. She is also aware of the emotional-spiritual imbalances that occur with in the body, which are at the root and contribute to, many imbalances. She is certified in the Soul Reading Method and utilizes this to enable a deeper understanding of the body energies and how they affect health and well-being.

While she is versed in aiding many different health journeys over the years, her speciality is gut health and eczema in children – and all of the issues that come with that: allergies, skin repair, food sensitivities, sleep issues, colic and more. She is a health detective and utilizes a root cause approach to find what’s really underneath causing disharmony utilizing functional stool testing. Other testing can be offered on a case by case basis.
