About
Founder, CEO
Abbie received her training from Saint Anthony College of Nursing; the Institute for Transformational Nutrition; Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, Green Wisdom School of Natural and Botanical Medicine, Dr Nirala Jacobi, Dr Sheila Kilbane, Institute of Restorative Health and numerous Eczema and Skin specialist mentorships. Her credentials are RN, BSN, Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Master Restorative Wellness Practitioner and Clinical Herbalist.
Abbie began by serving patients in the Allopathic paradigm, but soon realized through her own health journey, that dis-ease care is not the future of medicine and did not satisfy her eagerness to help people really feel their best and thrive vibrantly. True healing requires an individual approach and root cause investigation. She is fortunate to have a deep understanding of biology and anatomy through her nursing education coupled with the holistic training utilizing functional lab testing, lifestyle + diet changes, and nutritional/herbal medicine to be able to look at health concerns from a whole-body perspective. This has helped her through her own chronic illness journey and what she hopes to bring to serve every child and family.
For the last 10 years she has been versed in aiding many different health journeys, howeer her speciality is gut health and eczema in children – and all of the issues that come with that: allergies, skin repair, food sensitivities, sleep issues, colic and more. She is a health detective and utilizes a root cause approach to find what’s really underneath causing disharmony. She has a passion for helping children with eczema, as currently these children are unable to find true healing through the western model of care due to the lack of awareness of true root causes and how to achieve lasting balance. Holistic eczema care is not only a speciality in itself, but working with children suffering from eczema requires special considerations and interventions to be able to bring the body into balance.
Team Practitioners

Erin Secrist
Erin has a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education, but after her daughter had significant health trouble when she was young (including severe eczema) she became very passionate about learning how to keep her family healthy. She received her certification as a Nutrition Therapist Master from the Nutrition Therapy Institute and an additional certification from Institude for Restorative of Restorative Health: Mastering the Art and Science of Gastrointestinal Healing.
She is very passionate about helping kids with eczema as she struggled with getting her daughter the help she needed for a long time. It was one of the most stressful times of her life she notes, and feels very fortunate that she can now help bring relief to other children who are struggling and support parents who are going through this challenging time.
